Most applications for SCA required permits are available here. For special permits such as Boundary Line Adjustments, Zone Changes, Conditional Uses or Variances please contact the COA Secretary. Residential signs for home occupation purposes can be no larger than 3 SF in size and require a permit.
Spring Creek Association
Every home contractor/utility contractor who obtains a permit within SCA for any type of job which disturbs the ground is required to reseed the job site upon completion (weather permitting). The SCA Reseed form to the right MUST be filled out by the contractor and returned to SCA for inspection.
Livestock applications are required for all split-hoof or toed animals, to include... sheep, goats, swine, bovine, buffalo, llamas and alpacas, whether they are pets or for FFA or 4-H projects.
