Marina Water Depth

Our 32 acre lake is surrounded by an eight acre park.  The spring fed lake is stocked with bass, trout and grass carp. The grass carp were planted in an effort to rid the Marina of the growing algae and vegetation. These fish are sterile and not carnivorous.

Spring Creek residents do not need a Nevada fishing license to fish but must have their Association property owner card or renters card with them.  Normal fishing regulations apply and are enforced. Fishing limits are two (2) per person or five (5) per family.

This facility is open sunrise to 8:30PM and features a boat dock, fishing pier, covered picnic tables, barbecues, playground, baseball area and heated restrooms.

Swimming is allowed during the summer. **NOTE: The Association does not have a lifeguard on duty.

Only non-motorized boats, sailboats and similar crafts are allowed.

Ice skating and ice fishing are permitted in the winter. You must exercise caution when walking on the ice.

Children under the age of eight must be supervised by an adult.

Many property owners love to walk the paved walkways around the lake and enjoy the abundant wildlife.

Posted information about the many different birds that visit our marina is also available thanks to our local Boy Scouts.

Groups or organizations are welcome to reserve the facility.

To reserve the Marina for your next picnic or event please call the Association office at (775) 753-6295. Payment in advance to the Association office ensures your reservation!

Stop by and enjoy the magnificent setting of the Spring Creek Marina.
