The Spring Creek Association is holding our 3rd annual "Trunk or Treat" event this year!

BIG changes this year! We are moving the event to the HIGH SCHOOL PARKING LOT! Elko Realty is our big sponsor this year and we will also have a FREE MOVIE - HOTEL TRANSYLVANIA - sponsored by Service First Insurance!

We would like this event to be for ALL ages of kids in our community so we are looking for volunteers to setup a trunk and some other fun stuff like a haunted house or haunted cemetery walk. Please contact Sara or Michelle at the SCA office 775-753-6295 for more details!

EVENT INFORMATION, RULES AND REGULATIONS: PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LOCATION HAS CHANGED THIS YEAR! Check-in from 2:30-3:00 PM only. Exhibitors must set up by 3:45 PM. Vehicle space is FREE. Event is FREE to the public. You are responsible for cleanup of your space. Tear-down must occur between 7:30and 8:15 PM due to safety concerns, vehicles will not be allowed to leave until the event is over. No Exceptions. No smoking or open flames allowed. No alcoholic beverages. ** Vendors: NV State Tax Collection, reporting and payment of tax is solely the responsibility of the vendor. ** Packets will be provided at check-in & must be returned to Vendor Coordinator by 8:15 PM - $25.00 deposit required, refundable upon arrival at event.** Electricity is not provided. Only individually wrapped candy can be passed out. No homemade food items. All candy is subject to inspection for safety reasons. Trunks: Bring enough candy for 2,000 children. All vehicles will provide their own volunteers. The individuals or groups will provide a child appropriate prize and/or candy in exchange for participation of attendees. There will be prizes for best vehicle and best costume. No vehicles allowed to participate unless registered by Oct. 26th. Any photography taken at or during the event of yourself, or vehicle, can be used for Spring Creek Association promotional purposes. Participation in this program may involve risk of injury. As a parent, guardian, or participant, I am aware of these hazards and my ability to participate. In consideration for participation in the program(s) listed above, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive and release any and all claims of damage against the Spring Creek Association, its successors and assigns, employees, agents, and representatives for any and all kinds of injury, including but not limited to personal injury and/or property damage suffered by my child, or myself, or my ward, while participating in this activity. In addition, I give my permission for the child(ren) to be treated by qualified medical personnel in the event that the above named parent/guardian cannot be reached at the phone numbers provided.
